General Description

Structural classification
The excavator long reach boom can be divided into two section extension arms, three section, four section, and detachable excavator extension arms according to their combined structure.

1. The two-stage excavator with a long reach boom arm is mainly used for dredging and dredging of river channels, as well as excavation operations such as building foundations, river channels, deep trenches, etc.;
2. The three- and four-section excavators with long booms are mainly used for demolition of high-rise buildings and large-scale deep excavation work;

3. The excavator extends the pipeline on the boom and uses standard precision phosphating pipes to prevent problems such as oil pipe blockage.

Customization requirements
The specifications of the excavator long reach boom can be customized based on the excavator’s tonnage according to customer needs. Generally, the corresponding relationship between the length of the extended arm and the excavator’s tonnage is:

1. 10-16ton excavator, the length of reach boom can be extended to 13m;
2. 20-22ton excavator, the length of reach boom can be extended to 15.4m;
3. 20-25ton excavator, the length of reach boom can be extended to 18m;
4. 25-34ton excavator, the length of reach boom can be extended to 20m;
5. 35-40ton excavator, the length of reach boom can be extended to 22m;
6. 40-50ton excavator, the length of reach boom can be extended to 24-26m;
